Lovely group. My son's pink glasses broke and they loved them so much they fixed the hinge at no cost. We were so touched by their kindness and will be using them for all our eyeglasses needs from now on. Great kind business.

I am furious about my experience at Unoptical. I took two frames that I purchased at Nordstrom’s and asked Addie if they could use them to make prescription glasses. Addie said yes. So, I scheduled an eye exam. After the exam, I gave my Nordy frames to Addie and she asked me if my frames were insured in case they broke during the process of adding Rx lenses. Of course they were not, but she used that as an excuse for a bait and switch to pressure me to buy frames from her — even though I had looked at all their frames twice before and found nothing I liked. As I was leaving, she asked me to try one more pair of frames. I was uncomfortable and said so (I had been there awhile, I have osteoarthritis, and I had my little dog w me). I told her I wanted to leave - my meds were in my minivan. She told me to go get my meds and come back - that this would only take a few more minutes, so I did. Addie then put the frames she recommended on me and assured me the frames fit me properly (she assured me that the top was not higher than my eyebrows) and she recommended bifocals and indicated the location of the bifocal while I had the frames on. I didn’t love the frames but I went along with her bc I needed glasses for an upcoming long distance drive and was running out of time to shop for alternatives. It took them longer to make the glasses than I anticipated and when they were finally ready they were wrong. When I put them on myself - on the bridge of my nose where they belong - they sat way too high on my face and you could see my eyebrows thru the lenses - wrong! They looked stupid. And, the bifocal line was in the middle of my line of sight - totally unacceptable! Addie was not there and I was told that I had to come back when she was. Really??? They do not do refunds. I did not take the glasses home. I left them there. I’m out $399 apparently bc the best Addie offered me by email is they can redo them or refund me $199 and donate the glasses to charity if I agree to that offer by 11/30 - an unacceptable utimatum rather than an accommodation IMO. Meanwhile, I just had heart surgery, I’m recovering, and I am moving to IL in 2 weeks - not enough time for them to redo my glasses. I have been in sales and customer service all my life and I am completely dissatisfied with Unoptical. Don’t go there!

Staff is super friendly. I sat on my sunglasses, bent them and popped the lenses out. Hector was able to fix them and get them back to their (almost) perfect condition! Very reasonable price

The optical shop is open from 10am-4pm on Sunday. Eye exam services are available Monday, Tuesday & Thursday - Saturday.
No, but the receipts are itemize for you to resubmit. They have the reimbursement forms for most insurance and will fill it out for you and mail it in.
If you wear a single vision Rx, yes you can most likely have them made in 24 hours if they have lenses in stock. Unfortunately if it is a progressive multi focal lenses, they have to order and they take up to a little over a week.
