Nice staff and great help when purchasing stuff from them. Their repairs are sub par though. I feel like every job I have had done here has been rushed and incomplete and I have to do more work or bring my bike right back in. At first I put it down to bad luck but with it happening so often, and having been to other shops without these issues, I think I will have to go elsewhere for servicing.

Daniel from Velopro was a huge help with my first new mountain bike purchase. The staff explained the differences in models I was looking at (Santa Cruz Hightower vs Megatower) over multiple visits browsing during these interesting social distancing times. After riding them multiple times in the parking lot, they sent me on my way with a demo bike for the day. This allowed me to see it in action and determine that the fit would be comfortable. The fees for the demos sum up at the end and are applied to the bike purchase. Once done, they helped without rush any finishing touches such as pedals and water bottle setup. I was apprehensive to spend the amount that I did, but I do believe I am in good hands for future service as well. I hope to have them help with a Grip2 upgrade and Carbon wheels soon enough! Thanks guys, your patience was key, and the experience at both locations (SB and Goleta) is stellar.

This is my bike shop of choice for all my repair and maintenance needs. The staff at this and the Goleta locations are very friendly and knowledgeable about all things bikes and go the extra mile to make sure their customers have a great experience. I love that I can come here and get an expert advice, be it choosing new gravel tires or ways to expand my gearing range. The sales people will find an order any necessary parts even if they don't carry them in store. Give these guys a try, you won't be disappointed!
