About 10 minutes ago the employee at the window tried to charge me $20 for a sandwich. I asked To speak to a manager . I was told no manager was there. I asked to speak to another employee. I was told only two employees were there. I was told that neither of them spoke English. Then the girl at the window refused to give me her name to report to the manager. I feel extremely discriminated against because I am white

I hate to say this Wendy's is one of my favorite places to eat on the run but this one and only this one I am talking about if you don't speak Spanish you have to pass just wanted two Jr Bacon cheese burgers and some nuggets don't know what kind of burger I got had the works I hate onions and tomatoes but had to try to get them to understand what I wanted thought I did but man was it all wrong and the worst part is when you really want something and you think that's what your getting and you don't THANKS WENDY'S STAFF

Very slow, the line works with all employees working on each step so together when assembly line is the obviousll choice for fast food. Can only react inside during about 2 of the 24 hours on a day.. Now get friendly

I've gone to 3 different Wendy's in Sarasota. The one on Washington, Tamiami, and Beneva. Shut them down. 2 times my order was wrong and the location on Washington makes you wait 15-20 minutes for cold food. They can blame a shortage of staff but if you know you're short and people have to wait, at least exceed on quality...that is apart of the motto right? Won't be returning.
