The young lady at the drive thru window was just so friendly and delightful today. We ordered the chicken strip meal and a turkey and swiss with a orange cream shake. Everything was hot and tasty, but the young lady made our visit so enjoyable.

This is the worst drive through i've ever been to !!! I've tried going many times over the years, and every time they make you wait 5 minutes before they take your order and 10 minutes to get your food. It's like they refuse to take a new order untill the previous is driving off. It has been this way for years. This is the last time I'll ever try to eat at Arby's. They have lost a customer for life.

Order a French dip and half pound beef and cheddar the didn't give us the sauce for the French dip and the beef and cheddar had no cheese sauce or red sauce and after calling over 20 minutes no one picked up the phone

Had the brand new burger. I must say I'm impressed Definitely the thickest single pattie out of any chain. Actually had some pink in it which was fantastic. Burger itself was really pretty good. Cheese burgers are one of my favorite things to eat. Whenever I go somewhere new I try the burger. Can't wait to have another one.
