A predatory organization created in response to predatory legislation written by corrupt California lawmakers who have been accepting bribes from the insurance sector for decades. If you expect this to be a pleasant experience you're kidding yourselves because it's merely a scam from top to bottom at all of our expense.

We are a business in Riverside County, CA. Our insurance carrier refused to renew our insurance due to a new high fire hazard area designation. On notice not to renew, our insurance broker immediately put it out to 17 carriers and all have refused coverage, no fault of ours. Our only option appears to be through the California Fair Act for coverage. Our broker has applied for assistance with the California Fair Act following the requirement that it must be within 7 days of cancellation and refusal of coverage by any other carrier. We have so far complied precisely with California's Fair Act requirements. We have not received a response within their stated reasonable response time to get us insured, which has put us in an incredibly precarious and untenable position of having no insurance coverage which lapsed MAY 19, 2022. We are desperate to get our insurance in place NOW! It is impossible for me to understand how unregulated the insurance industry is that can, at their discretion, refuse coverage and put our businesses and thousands of others at extreme risk. Legislation continues to be an uphill battle fueled by the insurance lobby and legislators who are more concerned with their campaign financing than to regulate insurers to cover high fire hazard areas. This is how businesses are forced to fail by insurance companies and by the refusal of California legislators to regulate them. So far, no response after continuous requests to California Fair Act Association for response.

Applied for this only policy who will cover our home in California back on December 14th. Called to follow up on the status of the application (now 12/28) only to be put into a teleprompter loop. Was never able to actually speak to someone to find out where we stand. I guess when your the only option you can have poor customer service & no response without worry of losing business. Sad.

No monthly payments, and yes, you can sign up for electronic payments with your Bank institution.
Hello, Juan. Property anywhere in California may be eligible for coverage, provided the property meets eligibility and underwriting guidelines. If you believe you may need FAIR Plan insurance, we recommend you talk with a broker for next steps. You can find a FAIR Plan registered broker on our website at https://www.cfpnet.com/find-a-broker/.
Thank you, Pamela, for your question, You can make an online payment on our website. Please go to https://www.cfpnet.com/ and click "Make a Payment".
It's on cfpnet.com. scroll to the bottom of the page and click "clearninghouse disclosures" under Legal, then on the next page click "Do not share my personal information with Clearinghouse participating insurers"
I have paid in advance for a CFP policy which is due to renew 6/9/2021. You should have received a cancellation notice on this very policy (CFP# 2651076-01). I would like a refund immediately on the advanced payment so I can purchased a new policy through a different agent but still getting another CFP policy. Your earliest attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Will await your reply.
