The staff is the requisite nice, but lacks knowledge. Multiple times, on multiple days, by different agents, I was given conflicting or flatly false information, like that smog certificates are only good for 30 days (they're good for 90 days). I was also asked to fill out a form that wound up being the incorrect form for the situation. Yes, it's more pleasant to come to AAA than go to the DMV *if and only if* you do your homework so that you're not given the run-around or stressed out by surely well meaning but under trained agents.

Went to AAA for a future trip this year. Very nice employees with an ear to help on my trip. Waiting for a quote and felt comfortable in working with the travel department.

This is a really modern designed AAA. I liked the staff. They have a notary on staff every time I needed then including Saturday. $10 per signature for members is a good rate and the notary handled a complicated document without any problems. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I will go again at the next chance.
