If I could zero starts it would be better the wrist experience ever rude employee that they got there. Very rude and nasty person. Manager did seem at all like he care but hopefully the owner will. Never again ordering from there.

Almost every time I've ordered from here there are missing items! I paid full price for a big Mac and a chicken nugget kids meal and the meal was missing! They put it in a big bag but it was just a big Mac and two ranch sauces. Pay attention to orders! I've probably lost $50 in missing items already!!! Edit: I came back after months of not coming here because they kept ripping me off on items and then I get ripped off again! I ordered a happy meal and they did not give me the fries. I ordered a quarter pounder with big Mac sauce and it was plain without any big Mac sauce! Seriously the worst McDonald's in all of Sarasota!!! 😡😡😡

Usually, I have no problem with this location. However, this morning, I ordered 2 sausage & cheese biscuits and a large diet Dr. Pepper. One of my biscuits had a long single strand of black hair hanging out of the side of the biscuit and after opening up the biscuit, the hair was embedded in the cheese. Now, we have too much going on with the pandemic as it is, the last thing we need is someone unsanitary preparing food for customers,as we trust that you are making our orders with cleanliness being a priority. My money isn't unsanitary, my food shouldn't be either. Corporate will be informed.

Crazy! Walked in otw to work and they told me they don't have anyone for the register??? Their were only 3 cars in the drive thru…extremely rude.. didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in and stood at register for 5 minutes not even a hello.
