This Beauty Supply had exactly what I was looking for, I'm very happy with their Selection of product and their Customer Service was pretty good. I will come back to replace another store that I don't shop at anymore, this Store has better products than that other Store. Very good Beauty Supply Warehouse!

They did not have what I was looking for and I had no intentions if making a purchase but, There was a young lady there named Helena, because of her friendliness, customer service, and just all around great attitude and very helpful. I purchased several items. Parking sucks and it's on the other side of town, but Helena's attitude will draw me back.

The lady followed ALL THE WAY OUT OF THE PKG LOT. I've spent so much money there it isn't funny. Not to mention the fact that I informed the older woman that I do NOT steal! So after I opened my purse (something that I DIDN'T HAVE TO DO) I let her back inside to educate the employees about the laws that state that once a person has left a store, they (employees) can't follow that person. I also told them that I was going to post a horrible review on Google, just for the ppl who might be considering a visit to this location. DON'T do it, not worth it, you could find waaay better merchandise elsewhere, even at a better price.

All the hair was behind the counter even the cheap hair. Every time I tried to explain to him what I wanted it was not what I wanted. I like trying new items so I wasn't sure if I wanted straight or long. It was a little busy so I didn't mind the little waits. Service was great. I just rather explore the hair so. I feel like there was more that I could have found on my own then what I was being showed.
