I tend to frequent the Sam's beauty supply in Lemon Grove and sometimes the one off of Euclid. To my surprise this Sam's beauty supply took over the Shoe store just on February 1st. I guess I'll check it out, I thought. The lady in the color aisle had great customer interaction. But the cashier was beyond rude. Flicking the light trying to rush people out, standing at the end cap of the color aisle just staring. She didn't acknowledge or thank me but kept reminding me the receipt is in the bag.. Okay sweet heart I get it... You want people out of the store, you don't want any business. I mean it's bold to open a store during the pandemic but if you don't want people in there either, I guess call me when you shut down this business salut for keeping people out. The customer service is basura. I rather shop at the two most nearest beauty supplies nearest to me. To the lady that helped me in the color aisle you deserve better than that place!

They closed the store early for some reason. It showed that they close there store at 6:45pm, but I came at 6:15pm and no one was here. I drove all this way for nothing.

This was my first visit to Sam's but it definitely won't be my last! Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. The store itself seems cluttered, almost crowded, with merchandise yet it is clean and not claustrophobic. There are just so many awesome choices....wigs, make up, nail supplies, jewelry - even tiaras! Too much to take in in just one visit.
