Leslie, Lawanna, Dave and crew are always giving away snacks and treats and they are just the sweetest people. It's clean, safe, and pet friendly. Very spacious for the price and lots of storage. Thank you Chesterfield! Edit to add: after living here for over a year I'm still very pleased. Love it here.

Let me start off my saying I have only rented apartments since 2010. All over the country, DC, Denver, LA, San Diego, San Antonio… the list goes on. I have never lived somewhere where there is such a strong and caring community. The apartment manager, Lawanna, is the star of this company and community. I had health problems last year which resulted in me being unable to work for 3 months and boy did it put me behind. I had help from the staff from the moment they found out. Food vouchers, community resources, and so much patience and understanding. I was never ever made to feel bad about my situation, I hope everyone renting gets to experience this at least once because, WOW. Any time there’s maintenance there is plenty of notice or if you need anything fixed it is acknowledged if not fixed within 24 hours. It is the largest apartment I’ve been able to stay in this far in my life and I would be staying if I didn’t have this opportunity for a house. If I ever find myself renting again, there is no doubt this is where I will come back to as long as they’ll have me! Thank you Chesterfield Village!

Absolutely horrible for the price and they advertise one price then blast u with fees once u go to do paper work stated paying 600 left paying 750 for a one bedroom terrible don't buy into the good reviews

Great location. Fantastic staff. Affordable. Clean apartments and facilities. Great communication from staff particularly during the Covid-19 experience. Would recommend.
