Great service! I needed a long distance moving company and the owner was very helpful in helping me find one that would provide great service. The movers arrived on time, and were extremely efficient. They wrapped all of my items with plastic bags and then put the boxes onto their own dollies, which made the move so much easier. They also helped me unpack boxes at the apartment, giving me more time to relax! Overall, I had a fabulous experience with Move Central Movers and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company.

Satisfied with the level of service I received from MCM. My experience was far from painless, but the company made sure to keep me informed throughout, which really helped me feel like I had someone looking out for me. They even called up ahead of time to make sure everything was ready and accounted for, which was great because I had some last-minute changes to my order. Our move was a little longer than we had wanted, but it was a lot more fun than what we had planned! Your personnel was incredibly polite and helpful. We particularly loved the fact that they were able to bring all of our furniture up on the truck in one trip. We would absolutely utilise you again if needed!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I have never been compelled to write a review before on anything, and you can think this is a one off experience, but ask yourself do you want to take a chance with a moving company that treats their customers in an unprofessional way? Here is play by play of the worst moving experience I have ever had. Moving was estimated to be a 6-8 hour day with 3 movers- Moving took a total of 14+ hours out of an APARTMENT. Movers damaged nearly every form of furniture I had- No compensation was given for the damages. Movers were sick, threw up on property multiple times, took many smoking breaks, and stole 2 beers from me-They only compensated 1 hour of my time. I moved more than my workers moved that I PAID for. Tried to make a claim they were not accommodating for sending me sick movers, they did not compensate the furniture I had to replace, and they damaged my new houses' walls, staircase, and new hardwood floors. Estimators were COMPLETELY wrong. Don't believe their estimators if they tell you a certain time for a job. THEY WERE 8 HOURS OFF. Beyond that the actual movers were nice people just weren't up to the tasks of moving, were sick, and knew and told me that Move Central's estimators were ALWAYS wrong and don't have any experience with how long an actual job should take. Please avoid at all cost. Hopefully this post will save some people stress and additional work.
