I do not understand how they do not take seriously the sacrifice of people when sending boxes to our country of origin. Unfortunately, I sent a box since February and today is June 14th. The box has not arrived yet and they do not give certain signs of when it will arrive. When you call they tell you that they still have it in customs and it is under review, other times they say that that week it will already be arriving at the destination and that the person receiving it is pending the call. This is a very bad deception that they do to people. It doesn't seem professional at all to me. They should not grab boxes from small stores that all they are doing is damaging the reputation of the business. I sent from Seattle Washington by Video Cuautla store, they have nothing to blame but those who are truly responsible are those on this page. Global charge should pay for the customer's losses. :(

Send the package in February, and it still hasn't arrived. 6 months. I understand that because of the pandemic, but 3 months ago they opened the borders and all the shops. And now they don't answer the phone they don't give me an answer. They are thiefs. But I will definitely take legal action. I see that I am not the only one who has been robbed. My mother lives in Managua and she used this company to ship 13 large boxes to herself while visiting in September 2019. We're now in April 2020. The boxes have yet to arrive. Just to be clear; the delay has nothing to do with COVID 19. This company does not give her straight answers or they ignore the phone calls. Please Do Not Use This Company. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.
