Stay away! They are extremely rude and inefficient. Roberto (I think this is his name) is obnoxious and talks to people like he is better than everyone else. Maybe his rudeness is the only thing that makes him feel empowered. And they will make you wait for half hour while they chat and laugh with other people to finally tell you very impolitely that you need an appointment. It is not a surprise there are so many negative reviews saying they are rude; believe, they really are!

Fair warning stay away. These people come off as extremely rude. The asain guy had the nerve to ask me do I have money to pay for all of this, like I walked in to your business asking for free tires. Pass! I wouldn't recommend this place.

I made my appointment, and wait for the whole week. But when I came they told me I not on the list and I should make new appointment in a week. More so when I called they confirmed that the costs is whatever Tire Rack specified in the order. That was not true either they told me in the shop. They were rude and acted like it was my fault saying call that number again we are not that people who took your appointment, the calls go to another place. When I called I saw they picked up a phone and put me on hold. Unprofessional and rude

Dont know tire price , but my wife took her Van to Pacifica Firestone and they try to charge a $99 electrical diagnostics for a starter and flywheel replacement. So we take it to Firestone san Francisco and they are honest and professional and only charge us $29 for a starter alternator battery diagnostics, and the san Francisco Firestone reffered us to a great transmission shop Automatic transmission Center on mission st in san Francisco down from the great Firestone on Mission st san Francisco Master craftsman. My wife is bringing her van to San Francisco Firestone for all her repairs and maintenance. It's hard to find a honest shop that wont take advantage of Women. Very good shop and look forward to bringing my wife's van to them .
