The workers always seem unhappy and somewhat unfriendly. The ice cream @ Normandy location is not always frozen. Great flavors, but wouldn’t even go hear if my kid didn’t like. They need some friendlier workers!

The blizzard and the chili dog was very good they just make you park and you're on your lunch break and it took them 15 minutes to bring it out.

Literally put cookie dough and Oreos in my blizzard when all I asked for was an Oreo blizzard. Damn shame. What if I was allergic to cookie dough?? I used DoorDash so there no way I could just make them redo it.

Fletcher location is slacking. I usually get good service at DQ. Today I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket. What I received after waiting was 4 pieces of semi warm chicken and no toast. Do better DQ employees.
