I took my son since their website says it has over 50 arcade games, in all honesty if there was 25 it would be a stretch and a few were broken. The place is small and does not have much to offer. The only positive is the cafe is well stocked and the bathroom was clean.

Excellent place to come and have a good time with your family and kids, really nice service and very gentle. The parties are amazing and 100% worth it, with beautiful decorations and really nice music for the kids and adults. Would definitely recommend coming and trying it.

I would give zero stars if I could. Booked a field trip with them and was overcharged. Which happens I understand, but when I call to resolve the issue my calls continue to get declined. Not only that but the package I purchased was supposed to include unlimited access to laser tag and the playground however they only allowed the kids to go into laser tag once and did not allow them to go again. Highly unprofessional and deplorable customer service. *Response* The front office tried calling several times yesterday 6-16-22 & her calls were declined continuously. As I told you I was not the one that reserved the event. We arrived at roughly 12:25 pm & departed at 2 pm exactly. The children were grouped into two groups, 10 in one group & 13 in the other. They were only allowed to play laser tag 1 time each group. The remaining time was spent in the playground which as I told you the children did not enjoy. We had a total of 23 children & paid $491.66, even when removing the $45 tip & tax that still leaves a charge of 18.06 per child. Which is quite high for 1.5 hours. Sadly we will not be returning to your establishment for any further events. Please use our experience as a learning tool.

I just had my daughter’s birthday party here. They did a really good job at setting up the place. The food was good and the kids had a great time. I am still giving them a 5 because everyone enjoyed it. They were helpful and the place is neat and clean and I appreciate that they try not to have parties at the same time so that you are not crowded.
