This place is AWESOME! They have really good quality seafood... FRESH! Like still alive less than 24 hrs prior, never frozen. They have whole fish, filets, shell fish, and if your lucky there will be some kind of special fish like opa π¦. Check out their website or Facebook for menu of what they have. Come prepared with cooler and ice. Or trash bags. Whole tunas are 3'-4' minimum. Also fish are not cleaned(gutted and scaled). For $ .50/lb there is a booth that will clean it. Lots of parking. If you see a LONG line to get in don't worry, it goes fast! There's 3 lines. 1 for shell fish, another for fresh fish, and the short one for cleaning. Booth workers are friendly and offer advice and recipes for whatever they are selling. All seafood was caught within a day or 2 from here. Tuna filets are $10/lb. Big eye and yellowfin whole fish are $8/lb. I also got 2 sheepshead, 2 white fish, and 2 rock fish(red color) for a total of $35.

Cool place to shop for fresh seafood. The market, which features seafood caught by local fishing boats, is located on the dock behind Seaport Village. This place is seafood loversβ favorite place to get fresh seafoods. It only opens on Saturday at 8 am. The line was very long by the time we got there by 9am this week. We peeked to see what kind of seafoods they have. It looked like the market has several stalls that were offering varieties of seafood choices. Some stalls sell lobsters and prawns while others offer sea urchin and crabs. They have the seafood for all tastes. For people who prefer cooked seafood, there was another line for cooked seafoods. We didnβt have a chance to check out this line as we ran out of time. Next time we should come a bit earlier to avoid the two hour wait.

Nice place to get a fresh fish sandwich. If you are buying get a whole fish and get it cleaned by cleaning hut at the end of the pier. Lions are pretty expensive from the boat.
