We went into Pacific sales looking for a double wall oven an a gas cook top. Buying appliances can be really stressful but we lucked out and got an excellent sales Representative. Tony was amazing!! He made the process so easy. He was very knowledgeable about the products we were looking for and was able to answer all our questions. He was not pushy but was very patient and friendly. Before we knew it we were able to figure out what we wanted and get it ordered. The process was so smooth we have decided to go back and talk to Tony about a new cook top hood. Thank you Tony for all the help.

Tony walk us through our purchase options to help us pick out the perfect appliances for our needs. We bought a refrigerator, stove, hood vent, microwave, and dishwasher. Tony Coffin is knowledgeable with the products they sell at Pacific Sales. He helped me with my purchase of a sub zero range through these unprecedented times. With so many delays he always kept us updated. I shopped other appliance vendors and he made me feel comfortable knowing I was in good hands and not lied to. He went as far as providing me with his personal number for communication. That alone tells you how invested he is with his clients. After purchasing our forever home we started the process of fixing up the kitchen along with a few other rooms. We visited several competitors to Pacific Sales but we went with them because they had the best customer service mixed with great pricing. The major appliances are mostly price fixed and we went back and forth between brands and our salesperson Joanna was so patient. We literally changed our entire appliance plan but she was so helpful with no judgement! She really helped us design exactly what we needed. We also worked with Jankellee in plumbing who helped us pick out sinks, faucets and all the extras we really needed. She made plumbing fun and easy! We also worked with Ricky when we had an issue with our new washer and he and Joanna got us a replacement after working with the manufacturer. We were very happy! We’ll probably invite them all over to our housewarming when we’re done, so they can see the finished product.
