I use to go here all the time for my wife’s phone and mine. The guys there were awesome and they did great work. But recently I had a really bad experience with a new kid at the Gables store, the only store I would go too. I asked him to change the battery for me. He gave me this complicated explanation that he had to diagnose it first before he could do that. He proceeded to tell me if it doesn’t turn on he can’t put the other battery in and program it so that the apple phone accepts it. This obviously made no sense to me. Being that batteries don’t transfer data, and if it’s the same exact model of the other battery, it should work. He’s explaining this to a guy who studied engineering so really they never taught me this, so again I was perplexed. So I told him just change it, I’ll pay for it whether it works or not. It didn’t matter. And he said he had those batteries. Well I could have gotten $600 for that phone as a trade in for a new phone. And this young man made it so I’ll never return to this store ever again. I ended up buying the new phone without being able to trade in a perfectly good $600 phone. Plus if he would have just changed the battery and I would have paid for it whether it worked or not. I wouldn’t blame him, for my choices. I would still be a customer. Thanks for your response. Just lost a star for a very sorry and badly written response. And maybe now I won’t go to any of the stores. Sometimes it’s better to just take the criticism. A humble sorry bring it again and we’ll see what we can do what have sufficed.

Bad customer service. I just came from this location. The "manager" at the front desk was not helpful. I came in to fullfil a warranty claim, a simple broken phone drop off, but he didn't care about what i had to say much. I also witnessed another customer getting bad customer service from this same employee, while i waited and called my warranty company, to let them know this store was giving me problems with fulfilling my claim.

Whatever you do!!! pick another location to get your phone fixed. This place is garbage, I go online and schedule an appointment explaining everything online, online say the repair would take 1 to 4 hours, oh boy I was wrong!! By the way this was also an appointment made by AT&T insurance and the agent verbally confirm with me that this type of crack on my screen we take 1 to 4 hours. When I get to the store the gentleman doesn’t want to replace a screen without running other system diagnosis, I don’t need you to do all of that just change my cracked screen. They trying to do this to overcharge you and the insurance.
