Nice course to play with nice views.

This 9 hole disc golf course is an Oasis surrounded by industry and city. Power lines, radio towers and several cell phone towers mark the perimeter of the course, which is a large bowl of grass and some trees. While the park has trees, Culver City Oil Fields is the dominant view in the distance. And a pocket of West LA and Downtown LA. Some decently long holes. Holes 2-4 are heavily pock-marked by ground rodents and has large areas of holey dirt and mowed dead grasses. There are a few beautiful Huge oak trees, and the course is clean and well maintained. 9 holes are fairly easy to find. It's not pretty, nor is it challenging, and the course is exposed to wind and the entire park is pretty busy around sunset. The throwers are rushed, like the people in this city. There are picnics and wanderers inside the course area, to watch for if you have any wild guns throwing in your party. The high rating is due to lack of other course options in the Los Angeles area, not the creative challenge of this course. The Good: It's a real 9 hole course and it's in the West LA area. Good for beginners/intermediate.

Really nice distance and mix of difficulty with trees and hills. You will have to navigate around picnic groups. The most interesting part for me was the number of gopher holes! Kindof an extra change to walk on tht uneven gopher ground, but a fun SoCal ecosystem to experience.

Nice 9 hole course. Not terrible changes in elevation. Holes range from 250-500' and are mostly straightforward with 2-3 trees per hole. Much more forgiving and less climbing than Chavez Ridge. Helps to load the course map on PDGA for the first round to find the tees. Beautiful open park with lots of picnic areas. Parking $6 on weekends but free during the week. Open sunrise to sunset.

Disc Golf* is Top/back of the park. There's a running path that goes all the way around it. It's in a bowl like area of grass and trees.
30 - 45 min depending on how fast you play!
Yes
For what I've seen, yes as long as they have a leash.
No disc rentals. Big 5 has disc's as low as $10 and 3 disc sets at $20.
Just gotta pay for parking on the weekends.
