I am a very regular customer and it only took one call to lose business. First I walked in to pick up my pizza and was treated rudely by what I assumed was one of the cooks. Looking overwhelmed and taking his frustration out on the customers. After driving all the way home to find my pizza drowned in red sauce uncut and crunchy I called to let them know I was not pleased by presentation or taste. The first gentleman I spoke to was very rude and insisted the looks of the pizza by the time I got home was my fault. As he said “next time put it in you’re trunk because the front seat is not flat enough”. After calling back a second time to let them know they had lost a loyal customer only then was I told my order would be replaced. Not wanting spit in my pizza I declined and will no longing be ordering from here.

We wanted to try out something new on a Saturday, 12pm. A worker told us to sit wherever we wanted inside or out so we decided to sit outside. It was a very quaint patio. It was just us and one other person smoking outside. I’m not sure if he was a worker on break or an unattended customer. We waited for ten minutes. Nobody ever came. The one guy stopped smoking and went inside. Five minutes later, we still were unattended so we just left. Thought about getting takeout instead, but we ultimately decided not to support the business after the experience. If I just wanted a pretty view, I would have went to a park. Bummer.

Great service, awesome pizzas! Definitely a go-to one that we don’t feel like making our own.

Good food, worst service. There were 4 open tables when we arrived, but it was 20+ mins before we were seated. Had to harass servers to get refills on drinks. 1.5+ hours to get our food. Worse part is, this is exactly what happened the last time we went there a few years ago. We should have stuck with our never again statement. Do yourself a favor and call your order in to go... a few hours before you think you will be hungry... because the food is good.
