The food was very good. The service was excellent. Had a long wait. They cleared the lobby out 3 times before we were seated? When we walked back they had quite a few empty tables that weren't cleared. Maybe short on people to bus tables that day? Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.

It is a great chain. I took my father here a while ago, before he passed. He ordered steak, extra, extra, well done - meaning charred to the point most people would consider inedible ruin. He kept sending it back until they got it "right." They gave him his perfect steak with a smile, no judgment, and he enjoyed it thoroughly. I was beyond grateful to them for indulging him so gracefully. This last time, I brought three teenage girls just before closing, after a play. By the time we were done, we were their last customers, the place was closed and they were counting up the registers and finishing their side work. Nevertheless, the waiter was pleasant and gracious. He made sure we enjoyed our meal and didn't feel rushed. The food is excellent but the service is somehow even better. Always a wonderful time.

(Update review), so this is my second time here since my first review. I took my kids here for dinner and the service was good. Our waitress was pregnant and she was excellent. She made sure my kids and I was good. It wasn’t to packed and our food came out pretty fast. Our wait time on a Sunday was 20 minutes not too bad. (Old review) I ordered take out the food was perfect, no complaints here.

I had a good experience last night (currently Nov. 2021), me and my fiancée decided to go to Olive Garden, which we usually don't frequent. We were pleasantly surprised at how attentive not only our waitress was, but also the other staff members who passed by and noticed our Alfredo dipping sauce appetizer was low and bright out a refill with new bread sticks. The taste of the food was very good, I especially want to go back and get more ravioli. Luckily the wait time for us was also non-existent, and we felt that the table spacing was adequate (some restaurants seem as if I'm being shuffled into a sardine can). The staff were wearing masks, very polite, and very helpful.
