The food here is pretty good and the service is pretty average. No major complaints but nothing spectacular either. The only real complaint I have, is I really can't stand when I'm in the drive-thru and they ask me to pull around front and wait for them to bring my food. I generally am getting enough food for one or two people and half the time there is no one behind me, so I don't understand the reason for this. Just a pet peeves of mine and it happens here a lot.

Vegetarians BE AWARE!! THE BEYOND BURGER IS COOKED ON THE SAME GRILL AS MEAT WITH NO ATTEMPT TO CLEAN OR SEPARATE IT. It may be plant-based but it is not vegetarian as it contains the animal grease it is cooked in. It is may be a healthier option for meat eaters looking to cut down on meat, but it is not safe for vegetarians. The store manager himself told me this, he said "we have one grill, there is nothing we can do". This is a vegetarian burger cooked in beef grease. As a vegetarian over 20 years I have tried their beyond burger 3 times at 3 different locations since it was introduced and have had mild to extreme stomach problems and indigestion from eating it each time, leading me to ask how it is prepared after my last unpleasant experience. This is incredibly sad as I'm sure there was a lot of cost involved in coming so close to having a good vegetarian option only to contaminate it in the last step. Worse there is nothing to indicate to a vegetarian this is not for them. Long term Vegetarians will experience stomach issues when attempting to digest animal products. This is not even taking into account their personal reasons or feelings about eating animal products and meat contaminated products. It would be so simple to resolve this by having a special or even just clean pan or even some foil that is put down to prevent contamination. I can't believe they didn't have this question come up and are completely unaware of the issue, it is impossible for this to be a simple oversight. Beyond burger should cut off supplies until this is resolved or made clear in advertising and on the menu. Beyond has been clear they are not after the Vegetarian market but the meat eating market wanting to decrease the amount of animal meat eaten because of the environmental impact of production which is probably why they don't care about partnerships that have these kinds of deceptive practices. Even people eating these because they are simply trying to be healthier should be aware because they are still getting an unhealthy dose of animal grease in their plant based burger. I don't have a problem with them selling whatever they want, just don't deceive people. If they mixed animal Grease into the product in preparation it would by definition not be vegetarian, the fact that the grease enters the product on the grill does not change the fact that it contains an animal product regardless of how and when it was added. Again my problem is not with the product but the lack of clarity on what the product is and how it's made. The only reason I'm aware is because it made me sick and I asked, after eating it, due to my suspicion it was the cause and the manager was unapologetically honest regarding the lack of any procedure to prevent the inevitable contamination.

We decided to pick up Carl's for dinner. It was awful! Our fries taste like they were old and barely even warm. I got a chicken club meal. No bueno! The chicken was small, hard, and very salty. We wasted pretty much all of our food. Sad thing is, we spent almost $60 on this food. We will not be going back .

Meh, from my drive thru experience it didn't seem like they were overly cautious about covid safety precautions.
