I really like dining at IHOP. The visit to this particular one was not as good as others. Our table had to be cleaned before we were seated. Waitress was quick to take our orders but we never saw her again until after we were finished. Food wasn't as good.... greasy hash browns and VERY crisp toast.

Mediocre all around. Service was lacking. Never got a refill on beverage but they were at least friendly. Food could have been a lot better. They’re really skimping on the portions. Food was cold as well. Children’s chicken strip dinner was actually three little chicken nuggets. Eggs were good and hot but hash browns were cold and missing half of them. Sausage links were obviously old, they were wrinkly and cold. Bacon was cold and very crispy almost burned. I’ll say the specialty pancakes did look as close to the picture as possible but everything else was cold. Not worth it at all. They don’t have a $5 or $6 menu either. Tired of places hiding behind the “shortage/ covid excuses” I know several people in the food industry who admit that it is exaggerated.
