Went to this laundromat today. Have gone there a few times in the past to clean large bedding pieces. Met the person in the office and asked her some questions reg the machines as I'm not that familiar with them. She was doing some dusting and apparently was having a bad day. She was extremely rude and would not help me. Asked her numerous times for assistance and she responded with very demeaning terms. Finally asked one of the other customers for help and did so very kindly. This attendant is bad for your business. There is no need for her obnoxious behavior. Will never go there again and advise my friends and neighbors to stay away as well. She should be fired or at least spoken to. She represents your company.

Terrible customer service from the attendant Julee. I haven't been to this location in over two years, I understand things get upgraded and I was unaware of how the laundrocard worked. Mind you, I forget my debit card at home. I'm thinking I can still come do my laundry, with CASH and get coins from the attendant at the window (as I have done so in the past) and easy peasy, no big deal..I was rudely informed that the machines only take debit card or I could bring my own coins. She didn't even mention the actual laundrocard or how it worked as an option. I was here on Wednesday, 2/9/2022 around 1400. Severely disappointed is the service, the cleanliness (tried to use the restroom and it was completely out of toilet paper, had to ask for it) and there was a few laundry sheets and little piles of lint everywhere. You pay employees to do their job, not to sit on their phone, or banter with me "I'm not supposed to do this" when I kindly ask for you to help me with the dryer that already has my entire wet load of clothes in. Literally doing nothing while your establishment looks the way it does. Overall, I will not be returning.

Have been here several times nice facility ...today I saw a gentleman that was using the washers...the attendant was nearby folding some laundry. The man spoke to the attendant casually about the day or something only to be cut off short by the attendant saying " Sir I am extremely busy and have no time to talk." The man was obviously embarrassed by this his laundry finished in the washer only moments later. He took his wet clothes out and left the store without drying them. Update: today I went in was short 1 load of laundry detergent. Went to buy laundry soap the dispenser took quarters only...I has cash but no coin...the attendant told me very rudely they don't give out quarters..I had to borrow a cup from a fellow patron...very poor customer service

I'm waiting for my new dryer but couldn't wait any longer to do the dirty laundry so I decided to try Spin City. I haven't been at a laundromat since the eighties! What a pleasant surprise. It was clean, air conditioned and not crowded. The machines take credit cards too. Nice place.
