Took today off to go to my appointment. Got there 5 minutes early and checked in on there Tablet and started to fill out the paperwork there. When I was near completion of my paperwork, a lady came up to me and exited out of the tablet I was working on and told me the paperwork has to be filled out online prior to the appointment. They said they texted me, but the text was 1 hour before and just that it had to be filled out. Not that it had to be filled out or your appointment would be canceled. I was filling out the exact same paperwork my boyfriend did online, yet she said it was different. Dont understand why you have a Tablet in the lobby that states "check in here and fill out paperwork" if it were just for show. She was VERY passive aggressive and very rude how she completely exited out of the paperwork I was almost done with. Won't be coming back and neither will my boyfriend and the rest of our family and friends have been notified to stay away! Waste of my day off. Sign should also read "Walk-Ins NOT accepted".

In and out, Dr Zach knows what she is doing and the massage beds at the end of every adjustment are a nice touch.

So my experience was…. I go in for an adjustment, first time customer.. paid for the adjustment and a few follow up visits, but haven’t had time to return since. ~4 weeks later they charge my acct. $50 . So I thought I could call and clear up the confusion that I never intended to have any kind of subscription plan and if I set that up it was a mistake. They notified me that they will gladly remove me from the subscription I never signed up for.. but they’re keeping the $50… for nothing… absolute scam. Trick people into some sort of monthly payment program and refuse to refund a customer who obviously made a mistake, still had only been there the one time… certainly a disappointing and immoral business strategy if ya ask me

Hello Craig, We don't do any x-rays in house, however our chiropractors do perform a series of chiropractic, orthopedic, and neurologic exams in order to be sure we're addressing the problem and doing so safely. If in those tests, the doctor believes they need to see an x-ray then we would refer you to an imaging company for that, but it's entirely possible for you to get maintenance care adjustments without an x-ray or long form consultation. Speed of service and quality experience are two things we strive for at NuSpine! You're welcome to walk in, but to be certain that we can get you to a table in a timely Manner, we typically ask new patients to call us at 402-417-0250 and let us know when they're coming - then for future visits (after your initial visit) you can simply stop in whenever it works for your schedule.
