Had a mower deck that needed welding and reassembly. I removed the deck myself (in MO) and brought it back to KS because no one in the surrounding area of Salem, MO would even touch it. The Sears dealer I bought it from said to buy a new one. The mower has a great engine but just needed a rebuilt deck. Called DH Lawn&Garden Equipment and spoke with Jacob. Jacob told me he could stop by to pick it up. Not only did he repair it but painted it and looked like a new deck. When he dropped it off, I had him repair my power washer which hasn't worked in two years. 30 minutes later, I had a newly rebuilt mower deck and a running power washer. He was not only polite and professional but very reasonable. I now keep his business card on our fridge and would not hesitate to call Jacob. Rare to find guys like Jacob who still takes pride in their work. Thanks again Jacob!

I don't know what happened there, but I dropped my electric mower off June 3rd and picked it up August 9th for warranty service. But it still didn't start despite having a new motor installed, and additionally the speed selection knob was now broken, the mower was dirtier than it had ever been, and the blades were rusty where they had not been before. They also did not communicate with me when it was "ready" to pick up. I was not going to drive it back to their shop after that experience, so went back to the manufacturer for assistance in replacing the mower.

If I could give these people a negative million stars, I would. They 'worked' on my Toro personal pace stow mower. They fixed one thing - the personal pace but only after nearly 4 weeks, hanging up on me repeatedly when I called to check on the status, charging 75.00 to pick up and deliver; and writing down the wrong name so it took them awhile to even find who the mower belonged to. They supposedly flushed the engine and did that check but returned the mower with no oil in it. I now have a rock - I think. I'll find out in a day or so, but would never recommend these people if you value the investment you make in your equipment.
