The “last wash at 10” part is far from true, I had one load of laundry to do left and figured why not in an hour I can easily do a quick wash and dry to take home and fold so I arrived at 9:55 and was told by the attendant that they were closed. Nonetheless, I asked why it stated last WASH at 10 and she said it’s 2 mins until 10. I understand that she wants to be home like any of us after a long day of work but it is misleading to customers when I could have just saved my time and gone to Spin City which is open 24/7. But, she stated at 10 the doors are locked and ALL machines turned off, so I took all of my clothes out of the machine and left. Unfortunately I know that I am not the only one she turns away close to 10, so I did indeed tell her if you guys close at 9:50 or 9:55 than that should be the time on the door because I have been here 10 mins before opening and she doesn’t open early. Of course, she’s just an employee, if it were the owner they wouldn’t turn down customers.

I love to go here Monday .mornings when it's me and maybe 1 other person but I can never make it right at 7am but I didn't make it today so it's a Tues this week and maybe I'll make it Tues from now on because the lady who seems to be there 24/7 said that's the best day to go.

Used to go there faithfully ! Dropped off some clothes for wash and fold service only to be given someone else’s clothes ! All my designer clothing and kinds name brand clothing came up missing ! Went back several times to try to see if they had my clothes and the attendant claimed i had to speak to another attendant ! Left my phone number and never received any call or texts! Came back every time i was told too just to be told to come back ! Asked them to pull the security cameras to see that i was telling the truth and was told they can’t watch the tape ! Finally spoke to the attendant that i was supposed to talk to and she laughed in my face and claimed the owner was coming which he never did ! The attendant Christina is very unprofessional! For this matter i will be taking legal matters
