I wish I can give negative stars. I literally just left angry as hell. Very unprofessional staff. They’re serving lunch but have the breakfast menu up. I’m asking for some other type of menu or options. The electronic menu doesn’t change until a certain time . I asked to use the restroom, they tell me I have to purchase something. I asked how can I? There’s no menu. After this all staff is ignoring me. Of course if you get violent, you’ll definitely the attention. Oh yeah the supervisor /manager participated in ignoring me to.

Can't go below 1 Star...unfortunately this is what you get in the heart of times square. Adding insult to injury the rude customer Rep who attemtped to take my order, she has her own rude way treating customer and assuming everyone is a tourist. Too bad.

the employee in the picture is very rude she shouldn't be working at the counter👎 That burger king has the best French fries ever crispy and fresh because of their location too many orders passing through here so it is very rare you got old French fries ,

All the workers should get a raise and the company should get security for that location. The workers do their job effectively and are pleasant however some of the clientele that come in may be mentally unstable. Causing a rough experience for those who just want to get in and out.
