Positive: The view of downtown from our window was beautiful Negative: Had a lot of dust and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Although I listed 4 guests on my reservation there were only two bath towels. The building also lost electricity for an hr or so, meaning we couldn't get to to our room on the 15th floor

DONT BOOK HERE service is terrible. They have roaches and didn’t want to refund us our money back. Room was a mess. Elevators kept breaking down while people were on them. And They LOST OUR KEYS TO OUR CAR AND REFUSED TO HELP US WE HAD TO FORCE THEM AND CAUSE A SCENE. Highly wouldn’t recommend to anybody

Positive: Easy to find and the lobby was very inviting. I will definately be back. I also recommended the hotel to a few people. Negative: Yes the shower curtain in the bathroom was dirty.

don't do it guys. it was horrible experience for me and my wife.we booked a property for 9 nights because the pictures I saw on Booking. com. it was a big fat lie. has to have free parking but of course there wasn't. we didn't stay a night but took are refunds from Booking and moved at a hotel 1000 ft away almost for the same price.

Trip Protection is an optional supplement to your reservation. When you opt in for Trip Protection, you’ll be eligible for a full refund for any nights canceled due to illness, death in the family, flight delays, flight cancellations, or road closures due to bad weather. You can purchase it up to 30 days before your reservation. (If you’re booking within 30 days of check-in, you can add Trip Protection up to 24 hours from the time of making the reservation.)

If you cancel: Within 24 hours of booking, you’ll receive a full refund. 30 days or more before your trip, you’ll receive a refund of any rental payments you’ve made, minus the booking fee. Within 30 days of your trip, refunds are only given if you’ve purchased Trip Protection and the reason for your cancellation falls within its guidelines
