We totally enjoyed the ease of finding the park. Pulling in to our section was easy. Very clean, dog park, nice shady areas.

NOT HAPPY We live in Beverly Hills and wanted to get away once in awhile. Approximately 6 weeks or more ago made reservations for Sandy Oaks, Beverly Hills. Was told the spot we originally stayed at would be taken a person staying for three months. That is fine. We chose another (#54) when we arrived they gave us (45). We were not called or told they had moved us. Just because someone chooses 5 days or a few weeks should not change the fact that you move the short stays to where you want. That is poor business. They can stay in temporary spot till the short stay leaves. We have done that in other areas. I come here about three times a year. You have lost a customer. I hope people will know you are not customer oriented. ALSO: The back side of RV park is loaded with sand spurs. Not pet friendly or people friendly.

We were traveling through Florida on our way to our the hotel reservation in Ft. Lauderdale. We decided to leave early and camp on our way. This place popped up on Google as a campground. Our spot was NOT tent friendly. This is NOT a place to bring a tent. We paid $47.00 for a spot with no power at our site. The club house has 1 bathroom with shower combo for women. The outside door has a combination lock. That means anyone can use the code and walk in while you are using the bathroom or shower. We do OWN a nice RV. This place will never get our business again. When you allow people to Tent Camp and YOU know this place is not set up for a tent, that is not honest business. Very disappointed. Gave the rating 2 stars. The lady checking us in was very nice. However she new the area was not Tent friendly. No Shade and NO power. 1 female bathroom with outside combination lock is not safe, when everyone in the park knows the combination.

No we don't sorry
Good luck with finding a site at any park. You are looking at the wrong time of the year. Snowbirds are starting to come to Florida. I will tell you that most sites at any rv park is any where between $500. to $600. a month, unless your staying year round.
To be honest, there's no difference. It's just one large campsite. some people end up near the woods some people end up near the road. We were in between. I noticed a few sites didn't have water hookup, those right on the main road. then again these people will only be there for a night or two.
No cabins rv spots only
