Great experience. Staff was pleasant. Car cleaned and vacuumed. Good job. I'd go there again. I was visiting from up north and needed to get road salt off. I'm satisfied.

I am so disgusted with the quality of service of this car wash! Unless you have a perfectly clean car before going to pay $33 dollars for it to be washed by their horrible drive through car wash then definitely never go there! Even if your car is moderately dirty still don’t ever go there!! After the drives through car wash they were supposed to vacuum the inside and wipe it down inside and armor all it and clean windshield!! my car was not that dirty and even if it was they should have vacuumed it all and wipe it down and armor all it! Well the car wash part left one side of my car barely clean, they hardly vacuumed at all, didn’t wipe ANYTHING down and didn’t armor all ANYTHING inside and didn’t clean the windshield So I called and spoke with the owner and he was so rude and disrespectful towards me making excuses like, well if it was really filthy outside of course it won’t be perfect and if there was sticky stuff in the cup holders we’re not going to sit there and wipe it clean. then I told him none of those things applied and you could tell they didn’t even try to quickly wipe anything down, didn’t even armor all it and left crumbs all over! There was dust all over my dash, a little bit of spilt white makeup powder on the middle console, that wasn’t vacuumed or wiped down, NOTHING was done except a quick vacuum job! Not even my windows clean! They left some kind of white crusty stuff on the inside of the windshield and I couldn’t see out my front window because they couldn’t even clean that! All the owner said rudely was, well all I’ll do is evaluate it if you bring it back and then I’ll make the decision if it will be re done! Apparently he doesn’t know good customer service “the customer is always right!” So I didn’t even mess with taking it back after he said that! But I took pictures of everything and I will be posting and warning people never to go there!!!!!

Normally an ok wash, and very pleasant workers. Today my car had a large bird dropping on the rear driver side window. The driver side was not sprayed prior to running through and when I pulled in to have the wheels polished I asked if they could take care of it. The gentleman let me know it should have been sprayed off before being washed. He did rub it away with his cloth and proceeded to polish my wheels and tires with that same cloth. Won't be returning, huge bummer as we normally get our 2 cars washed here weekly to prevent build up between our own washing. 2 stars because they are pleasant.
