I went to go pick up a prescription and the lady was extremely rude and told me that i needed to leave because it was not ready and other people were waiting. I had no problem coming back later but the attitude was very uncalled for.

This CVS has the worst customer service. I was calling to see when my son’s prescription will be ready sat on the line for nearly 30 minutes and still got no pick up. Called the front and asked if the pharmacy was open because I’ve been on the line for so long they responded Yep and immediately transferred me. Finally decided just to go up there where I was told it would be hours before the prescription would be ready. Would’ve saved me a trip had I been able to get someone on the actual phone.

Clerks were friendly and nice. Greated me when I walked in. Clean store. Pharmacy could use new help bc some of them were very grumpy and rude.
