I bought a garden hose a month ago that was medium duty. It was not cheap, and it already has a large hole in it. I dont mind paying more for quality, but this product is anything but. I will not be shipping here again.

First, I have always supported the local Ace no matter where I've lived and have supported this store sense moving there in 2015. A few months ago I went in and purchased a Stihl chainsaw, as others have mentioned Steve was very helpful. I took it home and used it right away. Months later I got it back out to use it again, ran fine until I accidentally hit the safety bar which I had forgotten about. Took it back to the store, told Steve I couldn't get it to start, he belittled me in front of everyone in the store about the safety bar and said he should charge me. This is not the type service I expect from Ace Hardware. He maybe should find another line of work if he doesn't have the patience to deal with people. I will not return to this store. Swim at your own risk with this store. I could have gone to Home Depot and got better service. Which is what I will do next time and get a better price.

This store is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!! If the people here are so unhappy with their job! go somewhere else! I asked for an air filter, that was on the top shelf, the kid working there today, told me NO! that I would have to get one off the bottom shelf, because he flat out told me he didn't feel like getting on a ladder! Then the old hag, I believe Shane was her name didn't greet me at all and just yelled next! Then just threw the receipt at me. Was more interested in taking a personal phone call on her cell, than the customers. I will be notifying corporate about this store, even though it is a franchise, they still have to maintain a corporate image.

Ever since Ace opened, about 2 mile from home, I have been using them instead of Home Depot which is 10 miles from home. So far anything that I have needed "in a crisis" they have had. The people are always very helpful . Today Steve went out of his way to help me. It was only a 3 dollar item, but he did the walk with me 3 times to get it right. Thanks guys for great service in a world full of people who don't give a damn.
