Now that pizza hut is offering books to 5 year olds about kids dressing in drag I'll never go there again.

1st time I ordered online. Pizza was ready when I got there. Gentleman who waited on me was very pleasant. The boneless chicken wings were yummy and the Cinnabuns were delicious. I picked the pizza up though instead of having it delivered because of the delivery fee. I would rather give that fee as a tip to the employee than give it to the company.

Why are we unable to talk with the employees at the location from which we are ordering? The call center has no idea about where we live. And it seems that you would have employees answer the phone who are able to speak understandable English.

Depends when you are calling. If you call during a rush usually call will go to call center as store doesn't have enough staffing.
