Second time I've had issues with delivery. Last time they made up for it and were nice. This time I can't reach anyone at all and this is how my pizza arrived! We literally opened the lid to THIS *edited to add...the manager reached out a few days after this review and made a good faith effort to make things right. I haven't ordered again yet but will try them once more because I appreciate when management does their best and tries to make the customer happy even when mistakes are made.

Ordered my pizza and tapped the link to track my order. Didn't update for 20 minutes, then I got a text that my pizza was out for delivery. I live less than 4 miles from this location. 9:15 and my order still didn't arrive. I called the store and they said the driver had 3 other deliveries before mine. Five minutes later he arrives. Even though my pizza was in an insulated bag, my pizza was cold. I stick with Marcos pizza from now on.

Getting delivery from the store takes a very long time usually your pizza is not hot even though they only are a couple of miles away from our home this particular time we got the marinara spaghetti and the pizza box and it made my daughter nice sick the top of the box with smashed out on the pizza so when you open the box all the toppings were stuck to the top of the box this store has been dissatisfied for a while now highway 27 blitchton road

The online ordering site said they had curbside pick up. There were no places designated as curbside pick up and no one came out to our car. I had to go in myself to get my pizza. The pizza itself was minimal toppings and did not have great taste. Do not plan to go back to this location.
