I take my boots and shoes for repair. They do an excellent job! I usually get them back within a week after dropping them off.

Well, they replace heals on my 4" stilettos. Not many places do that. I haven't picked them up yet so don't know much about their work. I just hope its good. They were very friendly. Its a bit of a ride but not too bad.

NOT easily accessible for my elderly friend using a walker - steps to the front, cobblestone to the back entry, no handicap parking. Pricey, weak selection of supportive/orthopedic footwear for a place that's 'all about feet'. Staff was efficient, not friendly.
