I’ve called, been transferred and left messages to try and schedule an appointment as a new patient. No response. I guess they don’t want any new patients. At least muster the professionalism to return a phone call and communicate!

So sad to treat patients in severe pain like a burden. Admin staff and customer service is awful no one would take a minute to help me. I was transferred 7 times and told 3 different stories, before being sent to a voicemail system and conveniently when I called back everyone was at lunch. I haven’t even made a visit to the Clinc but I will not be going to such an unempathetic practice. Your staff needs a customer service training like yesterday.

Ramin Raiszadeh is a genuinely caring person. Very compassionate and of course a remarkable doctor. He treats you as you were a family member. Best and smartest doctor I've ever had.
