Very poor Service, promotes the $$$ on opening the Premier Account, but not giving Credit In the Account, no person available on phone, waiting long on phone 40-50 minutes Waste of Time, And Money, Going to close the ACCOUNT

Really very disappointed !!! They never pick up the phone. You can NOT make any appointments unless you go there. I am closing my account and going to other bank who is customer friendly.

I have to say, if there is something less than one star, I will give it. I went to the Clifton location in person to get a simple thing done and the line was so long and I had to wait for 45 minutes while the tellers are chatting and taking their own time. When I asked them why only 2 reps (actually only 1 is serving customers), all I got an answer is "Because of COVID we have reduced staff". What does that mean? All of them are hiding in a cave? This is so absurd still blaming COVID for every thing - don't know until when this blame game is going to go on. Better off have a business with another bank.

Absolutely ridiculous place. They can't follow simple requests regarding check format requirements. I ordered checks on the phone and repeated several times with detailed explanation what is required on the checks, in my case, a physical address of the branch to be printed on them. I stressed that to the representative several times, and still received checks without this information. On the day I got them and noticed the missing info I spent several hours in an attempt get in touch with this branch. Each time, I was either getting disconnected or had to listen to the same useless information over and over, which I memorized by now.
