I honestly don’t understand how this USPS has 2.7 stars. I find the workers to be super friendly and efficient, and they always propose ways to save money on shipping. Love my neighborhood USPS!

This place is a real mess under the supervision of the postmaster Elsie Ramirez. I recently sent an important package containing tax information to the Park Side station. They sent it out for delivery to three different zip codes then it went missing. When I contacted Elsie concerned about the possibility of the package being destroyed or defaced because it was being sent to a Chinese business she denied the possibility and just gave a superficial "Sorry for your inconvenience" " Good bye " She is really out of touch with the public and doing the minimum to keep the station running. She is lacking management skills and should be replaced by a competent postal employee.

I've never given a bad review in my life. They have lost all of our mail. They haven't delivered mail to our home in over two weeks. The manager and no one that works there cares. I've filed a police report, complained to the post master general and yet still nothing. The manager Sunny hasn't picked up the phone in weeks. Even though he says to "call" him. This is a total disaster and a disgrace. The level of incompetence is mind blowing.

Have had a PO box there for the last 4 years and the service has always been great. Lovely people. One woman in particular knows me by name for some reason. I'm very flattered. I find especially useful the package receiving service. FedEx or UPS, they'll take any package addressed to me and hold it. Also, the 'real' address format they have had for the last 2 years is a great feature. I keep forgetting getting them a holiday treat.
