Idk how she took my puny misshapen sad looking brows and made them look full and fabulous. If I knew how gorgeous they would be, I would've taken a "before" pic for comparison! For years I've ONLY gone to that chain company in the mall (you know the one), but with no mall in Clermont I was at a loss. This is my 2nd visit to Shilpa and it sealed the deal for me. Gorgeous. Absolutely perfect!
