Food was good, not cold. Social distancing and masks were used. Bathroom was clean. I think the suggestion needs to be passed that the restaurant needs to label their sandwiches so people won't have to be gone through to find out whose is what.

The burgers were very fresh along with the cheese curds. Everything was delicious including the famous frozen custard!! The staff was very friendly and greeted you as soon as you walked in and everything was clean and very orderly.

Absolutely horrible service. I was served a raw hamburger! I ate half of the burger before discovering pink meat. I called the restaurant and the manager said “I’m sorry about that” multiple times and never offered a resolution. I finally requested a refund after they didn’t even offer. Store owner took over my call then the call was disconnected. I called back several times and nothing has been done. They clearly don’t care about this issue and I do not recommend eating here. At least have the decency to take down my contact info and offer a refund and tell me you’ll get this corrected. Update: I called the store again when a man answered and said, “Heather I’m trying to issue you a refund.” I truly believe the store saw my multiple calls and refused to answer and this man had an aggression tone against me when I was the one who consumed raw meat from his store. Mind you, I don’t know how he was trying to issue me a refund when he never took down any of my information and the food was paid on my husband’s card therefore no recent receipt with the name Heather (unless another guest receives my refund.). It’s been 24 hours and the restaurant has not contacted me or refunded my order. If I was the manager I would have offered a refund and a gift card to come back and try them a second time and ensure she figured out how this burger was sent out of the kitchen. The fact a manager only told me she was sorry and the owner did nothing is horrible customer service.

Me and my wife frequent this location and we were very disgusted n disappointed by them today. We order what we usually get, the culvers deluxe basket, and made it home with our food. My wife had already started eating when I took the first bite of my burger and pulled 2 long strands of hair out my mouth. Needless to say I spit out what was in my mouth and my wife couldn't finish her food after that. We called the restaurant to speak with a manager and inform them what happened. After explaining to him that I just pulled hair out my mouth and that I would like a refund at least just for my food he couldnt because we paid with a debit card. He said all he could do is send us coupons. He also said he knew whose hair it was after describing it to him(long dark hair) and he would talk to them about wearing a hair net. I don't understand why everyone in the inst wearing a hair net if they are around food. I was not satisfied with their "solution" to this issue. We will not be back.

We dined inside. We wore masks at the order counter and using soda machine. At the table we took them off. Everyone there was very polite and courteous. No hassle, great meal. Then went outside afterwards and sat to talk at one of outdoor accommodations.
