It is really okay for a short stay of one or two nights. Wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. Rooms feel and look old, the big windows only have darkening curtains, no other ones, so it's always dark during the day, except you want people be able to look inside when you're there. There's also a very distinctive smell in the rooms. However the Bedsheets were very clean, good towels in the bathroom and they even fold little boats or bunnies etc for the soap. The AC is really loud and i didn't figure out if you could turn it off during the night. But with the heat down there you rater sleep with noise than sweat like crazy. Breakfast is very limited at the moment. You get some coffee, Tea, Juice, Milk, cereals, Jam and Toast. Staff though is very friendly when you check in or out. They also have a pool in the middle of the property which looks clean. Didn't have time to test it.

They did us a great service since half our party got there earlier the we did by letting them check in. The room was decent. The complaint we had was the fact the party was for 4 adults, we had 2 towels. We had to call twice for extra towels. No one came to clean the room, remove the trash, replace the toilet paper, as we were booked for 4 nights. We had to call again for toilet paper. Was very unhappy with customer service.

It was ok. Glad the pool was opened. Glad they also had the breakfast. Bed are a little small even for 4 people. Vents were covered in dust. Microwave took 10 minutes to heat up room temperature food. Didn't come and ask for clean linens. Didn't come and remove trash.

The front desk staff were excellent and considerate. The bed was clean and comfortable. The TV was good and the channel selection was excellent. Internet was fast. That's where it ended The room was filthy and smelled. The carpet, the bathroom, the sink shelf, the coffee maker. The outside halls, grounds, laundry was disgusting. Long term tenants have cooking appliances etc. Outside there room and their children play and rule the walkways. The kids were polite and behaved for their age. The shower had long black hair on the wall and mildew around the edges. I had to pay $25 extra for my little dog just to have him get dirty in that place. It was also located five miles from the closest restaurant.
