Let me start by saying I was glad we only stayed one night. We were given a room on the 4th floor upon arrival. Not even 20 minutes from arriving at the room we notice the ac is not cooling. we attempted placing the ac on 60 and nothing, still blowing warm air. So I call and ask to be switched. Gathered our things and made our way down, only to wait another 20 minutes while they search for a room with 2 queens. We get the new room, beds were good, however, the pillows are flimsy and not comfortable in the least. The bathroom is an ok size, a bit cumbersome since there is very little room when you open the door with the toilet smack in the front. you'll know what I mean when you stay there. Now, on the complimentary breakfast, which is stated on their website "hot"...well, more like cold. You're lucky if you see an attendant at the breakfast area. We grabbed some sandwiches which are sitting in a warming unit, and they were cold. If you want an omelette, prepare to wait at least 15 minutes before they bring some out, and best stand in line, since it's first come, first serve. Let's just say I was not impressed at all. Definitely not coming back. Overpriced for what you get.

Only stayed there for 2 days, but there were two restaurants right next door which was convenient and the staff was great. The rooms were updated and very comfy. We had a studio with a small kitchen and business area which was also very convenient, recommended.

I checked in 4/10/22 between 8:30-9pm. It was a very unpleasant experience. I have a service animal. Not only did the lady at the front desk ( she wore glasses) ask WHAT MY DISABILITY IS, but she also asked if they had documentation, Per the ADA 2010 revisions: When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person’s disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task. Then she wanted a paper signed for a $75 fee per pet, saying she would “ waive the fee” but no signature was put on said paper stating they would “waive the fee”With ANY service animal you do NOT have to pay any “pet fees” as they are NOT a pet. Maybe the front desk lady needs to be trained on what’s allowed to be asked when dealing with service animals. Highly unacceptable to ask anyone what their disability is and for documentation for their service animal. Other than the unprofessional desk attendant, the room seems to be very clean and so far quiet. If any management contacts me, I’ll be glad to update my rating as the rooms are clean it’s the staff that was very unpleasant.

When first arrived, the receptionist was rather unfriendly and seemed bothered to be of any help. The second lady, however--I believe her name was Victoria and was some sort of manager--was understanding and direct. The rooms are very modern, the TV selection is great, but the sheets and pillows appeared dirty. Breakfast was pretty good too for a hotel. Overall, a pretty good experience, although there's a Marriott not too far with better service and cleaner beds (but it won't be as modern).
