My go to place for my pup. He is not a fan of getting groomed & the other ladies can't seem to handle him but ASHLEY M. IS THE TRUTH. She is very personable & consistent in delivery. My pup is a 100lb dog trapped inside of a 13lb body. She is the best and will continue to be his groomer.

Grace is always so great with my Pom, Pinkie. At her last grooming, Grace took extra care with Pinkie as Pinkie had developed some skin irritations and runny eyes. Grace suggested it might be an allergic reaction to new food we recently introduced. We have a vet appt to find out for sure but I'm thankful for Grace's ever present concern for my Pinkie! Grace and Arlene have been grooming Pinkie for years.

petsmart grooming girl named alyssa, use FURminator on my thin haired pitbull knowing that as a professional you should not use that strong of a shampoo on white haired/thin haired pit bulls. It was my first time and I had no knowledge about this shampoo but she recommended it saying it was the only one that was be good for shredding. Two days after grooming, he developed a bad allergic reaction to the chemicals. Petsmart gave me a hard time when it came to them paying for the vet bill. Dave the store manager was dismissive and was talking to me as if I did it to my dog. Grace the manager from grooming was the only one that was understanding and knew that that shampoo was not supposed to be used on my dog. Alyssa needs training, and lessons on dog grooming. Dave shouldn’t even work at petsmart if he’s not gonna care about the animals going there. Thankfully, they paid for my vet bill, but wow what a hassle they gave me. Never going there again. I recommend everyone going to a professional grooming!!!!!!!

You can usually adopt an in house cat or kitten but digs are not available on site unless it's an adoption weekend. You can look up those dates on petsmart.com AND they have some adorable pets on adoption days!

Rabbits are not sold there, but u can call your local animal shelter and ask if they have any.

Some pet stores have "adoption days" call your local pet stores, I'm sure they will tell you when they will have those days.
My Sister takes there dog to pet smart all the time, for pampering,and grooming. But I don't think they take their dog for training there.
