Absolute worst bank I’ve been to. Manager and staff are horrible, condescending unprofessional, clearly prejudice and dismissive to customers. It’s a shame people like this are employed by Wells Fargo, if I were corporate I would be seriously concerned by who is representing me.

Worst customer Service experienced!! I wish i could give them -o star. I have been banking with wells Fargo last 15 years never had issues. But Reps and the manger in this branch is super rude and not willing to help!. They have notary service and they denied notarizing and told me to read the Notary book of State of New Jersey before you come here for such service. I spoke to the Manger Elaine who was at the lunch break at 3pm said the same thing that they cant notarize my documents even though they offer that service. I went to a different bank near by and they did it right away no questioned asked except verifying the identity. Very Dis-pointed with the bank and seriously thinking to switch my account to BOA.

If there was 0 stars it would be more accurate. I wish I hadn’t removed the review from before. Out of respect for my brother I took it down and replaced my bad review with three stars. The truth is this bank is worse than I ever thought possible, go to Newark just over the bridge for properly working atms and good service. I wish I could post pictures here because I have 38 (counted with photos) different times the ATM was out of service within a 6 month period. Any 5 star review is fake. When the bank gets better so will my review. And please don’t contact my brother to ask me to change my review again it’s not professional.

My dad goes to the Wells Fargo in ironbound all The time recently I told him there was one in Kearny closer to him in Harrison and he told me that the last time he went to the Wells Fargo in Kearny 400 went missing from his bank account when he went in to ask what had happened they told him they didn’t know and they were going to “look” for it my dad never checked back and they never called him my question is WHERE IS MY DADS MONEY? How does a bank lose their customers money? Are you taking advantage of him because he doesn’t speak English or what is it.
