The service yesterday was good. They were friendly and helpful and fairly quick. HOWEVER, when we arrived home 15 miles away, we realized we had been shorted on chicken. My mom ordered a 12 piece all dark meal and received 10 pieces. I ordered a 12 piece extra crispy meal and received 8 pieces! As you know dining out is more expensive these days, it was roughly $40 each meal. When my mom went back after work today to advise them, they sent her away because she didn't have her receipt and the manager from last night is now on vacation, rather than just making a quick call to the manager and asking what to do, like no one there has the authority to just replace the 6 missing pieces, she now has to inconveniently go back tomorrow after work with her receipts THEN they'll call and ask the manager what she wants to do. Hopefully they'll make this right and replace the missing chicken that we paid for and didn't receive. It could have simply been handled today honestly.

I ordered online for pickup a side lovers meal and a 8 piece chicken and 8 piece tender meal. Drove 15 minutes to get there, picked up my order only to get back and realize there were no tenders in my bag. I called and nobody picked up the phone. A waste of time and money.

My wife and I ate there yesterday for a dine-in meal. We both ordered a three piece meal. For the first time in fifty years eating at KFC I ordered the crispy instead of original. Huge mistake. The chicken was greasy, the coating fell apart, and the meal was tasteless. We ate a couple of pieces of chicken which were both dark meat (two legs and two thighs). Not a big deal ,but we have always gotten a mixed white and dark chicken box without asking; again we have eaten at KFC for fifty years. We boxed up the remaining two pieces of chicken and went home. A couple of hours later we ate the two remaining pieces of chicken which also turned out to be dark meat (thighs). Just glancing at a thigh or breast pieces can be misjudged. I called the store which the phone repeatedly rang and then hung up on my attempts. I then attempted to contact corporate but it keeps you on hold indefinitely. I again called the store and asked for the manager which he acknowledged himself as Mike the manager. I explained the situation and he stated that it is customary to give all dark meat to dine- in customers unless they specifically ask for certain chicken parts. I have never heard this before but maybe this is the new norm. I asked Mike a couple of questions and he repeated himself over again about the dark meat for dining-in. No communication skills whatsoever which he never answered my questions. At one point he said hold on for a moment which was actually three minutes and he never returned to the phone. I could hear him in the background talking but he never returned to the phone. I called back and another manager named Arden, female , explained the same thing to me but this time she said she would replace the order for free and added " two free meals won't hurt us." We have decided never to return and I don't care about free food. The attitude is exactly what we are experiencing lately in the restaurant industry. I know understaffed is an issue but please be mindful of guests who do not understand the new protocols of dining out.

I'm not a huge fan of KFC but this location was very nice. The employees were friendly even though they were short-staffed. The food was tasty. I got a 3 piece chicken tender combo and my hubby got a chicken breast combo. I loved that they had raspberry iced tea!! It's hard to find it in a lot of restaurants. The middle of the restaurant had a big circular table with a chicken bucket lamp covering for lighting. I thought that was really creative 💗😀 They also had some great art work of the original Colonal which you can see in my photos. My main complaint though is that most of the employees didn't wear gloves when preparing and serving our food. That is a big pet peeve with me!! 😤 If you enjoy KFC, this location is centrally located for your convenience. The inside and outside are really clean and the staff, like I said, are really friendly!
