This is such an awesome place to order flowers from! Most definitely! 😀 The lady, who took my order, over the phone, was extremely helpful! She was very kind, attentive & thorough! I had ordered a dozen roses for my mom's birthday, from my dad & myself. I expected the flowers to be delivered in a box. But, to my pleasant surprise, when I opened the front door, there a gentleman, standing there, with a smile on his face, holding a beautiful vase, full of exactly one dozen roses! The price was terrific! And, when I had read the card, that I had asked to be put with the flowers, I noticed that, the wonderful woman, who had taken my order, over the phone, was definitely paying attention, because she got all of the details correct! I will, DEFINITELY, be ordering directly from this store again! 💯💯👏👏👏🎉🎉🎉💕💕

I’m on the other coast and sent a family member an arrangement of flowers for a grieving wife who lost her husband. Although Flower House delivered the order super quick.. I now know why they are so fast. The way they threw this together had zero thought. Although it had “the recipe of white flowers it was suppose to have “ the whole look is NOT what we ordered! They used cheap, colorless, textureless and thoughtless technique! The whole feel of the flowers is off and all they kept saying was they followed the “recipe” they missed the whole point that it lacks all the beauty an arrangement should have even if it’s ordered online .. beware they don’t have talented florist working there.. they throw them together to be done. The “greenery” is totally different then picture because you used Wal mart greenery rather then the suddenly kinda used in picture, if you can’t create these items don’t take on third party companies visions

Very accommodating. Went in there on a Thursday to place an order for a wrist corsage for Mom, for Sunday, Mother's Day. They said to go have lunch, return and it'll be ready then. The woman behind the counter was right. Citrus County has nothing. The last few years have been disasters. It looked great and Mom was a hit at church. Thank you so very much. You now have a customer for life.

Everything was perfect! I am definitely one of the most particular clients and each detail of my wedding flowers from the center pieces, to the bouquets, boutonnieres, and custom made archway were perfect. They even made sure I had plenty of rose peddles and greenery to garnish our cocktail tables. I personally needed several meetings to pin down exactly what I was looking for and the members of their team were so kind from beginning to end. Renee worked with me to achieve the perfect result for each and every detail and I had in mind. You can tell she genuinely enjoys what she does and cares about the happiness of their clients.
