I needed some work done on my boat,install new distributor and check electrical system on boat.. 268 Searay Sundancer. I was told to wait 3 weeks to bring the boat in. I waited and called them, they said bring it in. I picked it up today, they had it 4 weeks. I was waiting to get it fixed before I left the country, as I did not want it done while I'm gone and get charged storage fees. I waited until today 4 weeks later, I went to pay, the bill was $0. As it was there 4 weeks and they did not do anything to it. NOTHING! After waiting 3 weeks to bring in, 4 weeks there, no one did a thing to it. Really? Thanks for delaying my trip 7 weeks for nothing. Terrible!

Anyone who has owned a boat knows the stress of buying a used one! Blue Pelican had a well kept Chris Craft posted for sale. Rich took us out on it, was very honest and informative. He priced it very fair. We ended up buying it, they cleaned and serviced it. We are very happy with the process, and will definitely give them our business when we have to have maintenance and work done on it. Highly recommend

By far the friendliest staff ever! Christina, Travis, Jim and everyone else that work at the Marina are always welcoming and just the nicest people. I’m always looking forward picking up my boat and dropping it off; I know they take care of it as if it would be their own. Thank y’all for everything you do!

I was launching at the public boat ramp when my boat would not start. Walked over to pelican marina and even though the service department was closed the gentleman came to the boat ramp to jump start my boat and when that didn’t work, went through all my wires and didn’t stop until my boat started! Incredible service! Later that day i locked my keys in a dry box and his wife helped me open it so i could get home! A nightmare day And thanks to both of them it made the day possible! Thank you both for being amazing people even when “ service department was closed”! Now that is customer service!!!!! Blown away!!! Thank you!!!
