This Burger King has very poor service. I asked for an order, and two items were not given. When I arrived home, I realized. I come to the drive through as it was closed inside, and told them my concern. He asked me to drive around, I did, and parked at the front to wait for the items to be brought to my car. I waited 5 minutes parked at the front, and nobody came. Then, I decided to drive back again to the drive thru. I was asked to wait at the speaker, and waited for 3 minutes. I decided to talk, and explained myself again, and they said we asked you to drive up, I said I was not told to drive up, I was told to drive around, which I did, and parked at the front expecting to get my order at the front. I am a person that always eat dinner with the family, and this time I wasted 20 minutes while my kids ate dinner by themselves. While I was waiting at the drive up, I was able to experience, a guy going between the food window, and my car, he went seems like he dropped something close to the entrances by the tree bushes, and came back the same exact way. While I was waiting at the drive up my stomach was very upset of the bad smell of marihuana around the drive up before the food window. Then I see who was helping me over the speaker, and notice the note of drug he had in his eyes. We don’t get serviced well just because employees using drugs while working.

The food is always cold ,the workers never want to give you hot food when you ask for fresh hot food.THEY GIVE YOU AN ATTITUDE, ESPECIALLY THE YOUNG MAN THAT WORK AT THE CASHIER IN THE DINING ROOM.. Sometimes it's warm food. BUT NEVER HOT TO MY SATISFACTION... CARTERET NEW JERSEY HAS THE WORST BURGER KING IN THE WORLD.....

Food is good at least yo me, deals are good as well. The one thing I can't understand is why it's employees are miserable working here, same with ther management 😒 terrible! Never a positive vibe o attitude, the owners need to time come over pay better o make new teams!!!
