The manager is always rude to the employees and customers. Also, ex-employees have come to me explaining how the work environment is also racist. Whenever I go there, I always have a problem with something.

Ordered my food at the drive thru today, paid with my debit card when I got to the next window they told me it wasn't paid for. When I spoke to the manager Robert Rodriguez he said it was pending and not paid ,the cops had to be called when they spoke to my bank representative she told the police it was paid and taken from my account. Meanwhile the manager keept saying it wasn't paid even after the bank confirmed it was. Also a fat young kid came to the window and was taking pictures of my car. Please don't use this Mc Donald's they try to rip you off and the manager is very arrogant and a assssssss!!!!

You tell them how you want your burger they do the totally opposite of what you ask. when you ask to speak with manager they brush you off with just a simple apology then they tell you they would document it in there log book so when you go back they will replace good luck to you getting your replacement they come out with there isn't anything written in the log book. The McDonald's in carteret and Woodbridge nj not great at all

I was at the drive thru this afternoon around 4:30 first I ordered a sweet tea my drink was straight water. I got back in the car I ate one of cheeseburgers as I ate it I didn’t taste any meat so immediately I took apart and there was no meat. I was so livid then my French fries was crunchy not fresh. My first time McDonald’s disappointed me.
